About the project
“3.2.1 – Start!” is a program implemented by the Institute of Youth Development in partnership with Coca-Cola Icecek Kyrgyzstan (Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers). Our goal is to support young people full of ideas for the development of themselves and their society. We believe that your idea could be the solution to one of our country’s the environmental and climatic problems, and we will help implement it!

Frequently asked questions
- At the first stage of the project, we will actively accept applications from January 30 to March 25, 2023.
- All applications will be reviewed by the Commission members. Teams whose ideas are highly appreciated will be invited to the “Bootcamp”.
- The camp itself will take place in Issyk-Kul for 3 days, where experts will teach the participants on the field of ecology and entrepreneurship.
- Completed business projects will be presented to the members of the Commission and the most prospective ideas will be financed.
- The implementation of the projects itself will begin in July 2023.

People from 18 to 35 years old living from all over Kyrgyzstan (including Bishkek city).
Yes, you must have a team of at least 2 people to apply for the program.
